As part of the Cable’s cooperative staff, you will contribute to key decisions and shape our collective direction.
Responsibilities and Requirements
As the Engagement Lead, you will lead engagement efforts across Bristol, connecting with members through diverse channels, coordinating volunteer activities, and collaborating with the Communications Lead to deliver impactful campaigns. Your role extends to planning revenue-generating events, being a public face for the Cable, managing distribution, and supporting our board of voluntary directors.
To excel in this role, you need to work independently, possess digital proficiency, excel in organisational skills, and have a track record of building relationships with diverse communities. Your ability to communicate effectively, engage audiences, and facilitate public events will be crucial. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, occasional travel, and a commitment to inclusivity are essential.
